Dive completes Finnish mystery shopper firm acquisition

Palvelu Plus will retain its branding and leadership, with Mikko Hartikainen continuing as director of the company.

Following the acquisition, Dive said it would be able to expand Palvelu Plus’ inhouse mystery shopper service across northern Europe.

The acquisition follows Dive’s deal to buy Denmark-based mystery shopping firm Servicemind last year.

Dive was founded more than 18 years ago and specialises in client feedback collection and mystery shopping, focusing on Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Palvelu Plus focuses on mystery shoppig and customer satisfaction studies, and was set up in Finland in 1987.

Kaspar Jänes, chairman of the board at Dive, said: “We have monitored Palvelu Plus from a distance over the years and run projects together.

“Finland is yet another perfect match to our expansion and we are excited to expand our collaboration to the next level.”
