SWEDEN – Northern and central European customer service improvement company Dive has acquired Swedish mystery shopping firm Nordic Mystery Shopping for an undisclosed fee.
Nordic Mystery Shopping will be managed by current director Daniel Swiden after the acquisition, with Swiden having been with the firm since 2013.
Dive has been a customer service improvement company for more than 20 years, specialising in mystery shopping and client feedback collection and based in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland and the Baltic states.
Last year, Dive acquired Finnish mystery shopper agency Palvelu Plus for an undisclosed fee.
Kaspar Jänes, chairman of the board at Dive, said: “Sweden is for us a symbolic step as it concludes our efforts to have local offices in all Nordic countries, a truly unique offering.”
Swiden added: “It will be very good to be able to strengthen our ability to offer complicated mystery shopping projects to Nordic multinationals.”
