Copenhagen

Servicemind will be managed by Søren Lybye following Dive’s takeover. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Kerli Soosaar, chief executive of Dive, said the acquisition would give the company better access to Scandinavia, with the company retaining an office in Denmark.

Kaspar Jänes, chair of Dive, said: “Servicemind has been a solid provider of mystery shopping and customer satisfaction studies for many years in Denmark and was looking for a partner with whom to keep growing and progressing.

“It matches perfectly with our plans to grow our professional team and expand geographically.”
