Director of transport economics joins Fortia Insight

Siraut will lead the transport economics practice at Fortia Insight, and support clients with strategic appraisal, business cases, investment planning and policy design across transport modes.
In addition, Siraut is a contributor to academic and industry publications, chairs the Transport Economics, Finance and Appraisal Committee at the European Transport Conference and serves on the Department for Transport’s Joint Analysis Development Panel.
Siraut’s experience ranges from working on major infrastructure projects including HS2, Dublin Metrolink, Crossrail, Lower Thames Crossing and Silvertown Tunnel to policy initiatives such as London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone and Direct Vision Standards.
