Dig Insights expands into Australia & New Zealand with new hire

In her new role, Roberts will support clients and have a remit to increase commercial growth across the Australia and New Zealand markets.
Roberts has around 15 years of international experience across South Africa, New York, London and Australia, working agency-side at companies including PureSpectrum and Foresight Factory, with a particular focus on FMCG and alcohol brands.
The appointment marks the opening of the company’s fourth office location globally, with others in Toronto, Chicago and London.
Last year, Dig appointed Joanna Lepore as executive vice-president of global strategy and foresight, based in Australia.
Lepore said: "Emma brings exactly the kind of strategic mindset and commercial depth that will help accelerate brand partner growth in this innovative and highly competitive region."
Paul Gaudette, chief executive and co-founder at Dig Insights, said: “Emma’s appointment in ANZ is part of a deliberate strategy to put the right people in the right places to serve clients where they are.”
Dig Insights had some leadership changes in 2025, with three of the four co-founders stepping back from their day-to-day roles and Gaudette continuing as chief executive.
