Leadership changes at Dig Insights
Dominic Atkinson, Michael Edwards, Ian Ash and Paul Gaudette co-founded Dig Insights in 2010.
In recent years, Atkinson has held the role of president of Dig Consulting, Michael Edwards has been chief marketing officer and Ian Ash has been president of Upsiide, the company’s technology platform.
The three will remain as owners and continue to act as consultants to the broader business.
Paul Gaudette, who also co-founded the company, will continue as chief executive.
In other changes, Dig Insights has appointed Marcie Connan, an executive vice-president who has been with the company for 12 years, to lead research excellence for the organisation. Executive vice-president Kevin Hare will now lead client growth and the Upsiide platform.
The company has also promoted four consulting vice-presidents – Kathleen Coll, Razvan Rosu, Lesley Sloggett, and Julien Naggar – to the newly formed role of senior vice-president, with each leading their own consulting teams.
Gaudette said: "After building and growing Dig together for 15 years, the time has come for Dominic, Michael and Ian to step back from the day-to-day. This moment has been part of the plan for a while, but that doesn’t make it any easier. These three aren’t just my business partners – they’re my brothers. Together, we’ve built something we’re incredibly proud of. While they’ll always be the founders of Dig, they are stepping back with confidence knowing they've built a team that’s ready to carry their legacy forward and continue pushing the boundaries of what this company can do.
"This leadership transition is not just a change; it’s an opportunity for us to elevate our internal talent and ensure that Dig Insights remains at the forefront of the insights industry."
