Dig Insights launches unified research platform

The platform, Dig One, will host Dig’s technology – SaaS research platform Upsiide, which is used for innovation testing, and ‘cultural context’ business OneCliq – in one place.
Toronto-based Dig launched Upsiide in 2020. Last year, the company bought OneCliq, which analyses emotion and tone in social media posts and other online conversations.
The company is looking to move towards ‘agentic intelligence and connected decision-making’ through the launch, it said in a press release.
Dig has retained the two individual brands within the new proposition and platform.
Paul Gaudette, chief executive, Dig Insights (pictured), said: “Dig One reflects a fundamental shift in how we think about insights – not as static outputs, but as a living system that helps teams learn, adapt and move forward with confidence.”
Frank Beirne, the company’s chief technology officer, said: “Dig One reflects how we already work at Dig, and where we believe the industry is heading. It connects our technology, data, and innovation so insights compound over time, drawing from every source. Now we’ve made that same system available to clients – one environment to explore questions and connect the dots.”
