Dentsu Aegis acquires media.at

Media.at, founded in 1975 and based in Vienna, has a staff of 70.

The agreement, signed with A1 Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft, Österreichische LOtterien Gesellschaft m.b.H., Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft, P.S.K. Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH and VI Verwaltungs- Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H., will see media.at integrated into Dentsu Aegis’ local operations.

The completion of the acquisition is subject to regulatory approval. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
