Manocha (pictured, right) takes on the newly created role of Methodify president having previously been executive vice-president. He joined the company as director of sales for its online research business AskingCanadians in 2011.

Costa (pictured, left) has been executive director of AskingCanadians for the past year. She has streamlined data collection operations, introduced new management work flow processes and spearheaded its leadership and change management training.

AS COO, she will be responsible for operations and each of Delvinia’s business units and in the privacy officer roles she will oversee its compliance of ISO 27001.

Adam Froman, founder and CEO of Delvinia, said: “We’ve been going from strength to strength these past two years – successfully scaling Methodify to becoming the first global automated research firm to receive ISO 27001 certification. These promotions recognise the magnitude of the contributions Raj and Suzanne made to help get us there.”

The company has also been awarded funding from the Ontario Scale-Up Vouchers Program (OSVP), the CanExport program delivered by the Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) of Global Affairs Canada, in partnership with the National Research Council Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP).

It has also received financing from the recently launched $50m partnership between the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and the Export Development Corporation (EDC) to ensure that Canadian entrepreneurs looking to expand their businesses in global markets have access to financial resources and services.
