Data Quality Co-op and Logit partner on survey fraud

CANADA/US – Data collection and research business The Logit Group has partnered with data quality clearinghouse Data Quality Co-op on research fraud detection.

The agreement will see the Data Quality Co-op’s respondent-level quality signals integrated into Logit’s data quality and survey fraud detection platform Calibr8.

Calibr8 uses infrastructure, device, behavioural, response content and AI checks to identify potential fraud and low-quality survey participation.

Data Quality Co-op’s quality signals will provide further context for evaluating respondents and assessing potential data quality risks on Calibr8.

Steve Male, chief innovation officer for The Logit Group, said: “Data quality is a challenge the research industry needs to address collaboratively. By integrating DQC’s respondent-level quality signals into Calibr8, we’re combining our existing quality capabilities with additional intelligence from across the research ecosystem.

“This partnership reflects our commitment to practical innovation and to continually strengthening how we assess survey data quality.”
