Consulting firm partners with Data Quality Co-op

The relationship between the two companies will see Data Quality Co-op’s quality intelligence added to HawkPartners’ framework, which will provide a shared view of respondent quality.
The partnership means that HawkPartners is the first consulting firm to adopt Data Quality Co-op’s shared data quality infrastructure.
Data Quality Co-op aggregates and benchmarks data quality signals across participating organisations, using indicators such as technical fraud indicators, in-survey behaviour and participation history across the broader research ecosystem to identify issues.
Kyle Manlove, partner at HawkPartners, said: “When the humans behind survey data are verified through a centralised source of quality intelligence, similar to a credit or trust score, our clients can have greater confidence in the insights and decisions that follow.
“Our partnership with DQC will strengthen everything we deliver for clients and provide visibility into respondent quality beyond any single supplier, platform or project. We see this as raising the bar for everyone, not grading our supply partners’ homework.”
