Daivid names chief growth officer

UK/US – Advertising effectiveness platform Daivid has promoted Barney Worfolk-Smith to chief growth officer.

Worfolk-Smith (pictured) was previously managing director for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and has been at Daivid since 2022.

In his new role, Worfolk-Smith will be responsible for developing the company’s global commercial strategy, including revenue growth, overseeing international expansion and leading the marketing function.

Worfolk-Smith will also have oversight of the wider business, including advising on product development, and will be based in London, reporting to Daivid chief executive and founder Ian Forrester.

Daivid is a London-based company that runs a global technology platform to help advertisers evaluate and improve advertising effectiveness.

Forrester said: “Since joining Daivid, Barney’s impact has been phenomenal. His level of commitment and the results he’s delivered have been second to none.

“He marries huge talent with an outstanding work ethic and a ceaselessly positive attitude. Working alongside our ground-breaking solutions, which help advertisers crack the creative code, I am hugely excited to see what Barney can achieve next.”
