Cultural Analytics joins Russell Reynolds Associates
Cultural Analytics was part of Workplace Analytics, which provides analysis and insights on corporate culture.
The company used Cultural Analytics to pinpoint where leadership and board action on culture is required, and did this through the use of analytic methods drawn from behavioural economics, social psychology and advanced survey research.
Russell Reynolds Associates will use the acquisition to expand its culture assessment portfolio, which helps organisations identify and address problems within their company culture.
The terms of the acquisition have not been revealed.
Clarke Murphy, chief executive of Russell Reynolds Associates, said: "The Cultural Analytics business is a perfect fit for Russell Reynolds Associates, as its platform offers an MRI-like scan into embedded cultural issues that can elude even the most engaged chief executives and board members.
“This acquisition immediately enhances our ability to advise clients on how to find and mitigate these unseen risks.”
