CSA acquires Directpanel
Alexandre Sagakian, who founded Directpanel in 2000, becomes vice president of online research at CSA.
Directpanel runs a panel of 50,000 people for quantitative and qualitative online research, and has its own survey and panel management platform.
CSA said the acquisition is part of its efforts to strengthen its foothold in the fast-growing online sector.
Company president Bernard Sananès said: “With the acquisition of Directpanel, CSA has acquired the tools and the expertise necessary to offer our clients the highest quality data collection online. We now have at our disposal a complete range of data collection methodologies, to respond even better to the needs of our clients.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
