UK — Catherine Crump has been promoted to the role of chief executive officer at FreshMinds, replacing founder Caroline Plumb.
Plumb, who has been FreshMinds’ CEO for the past 15 years, will take up the position of executive chair.
Crump (pictured) joined FreshMinds from Masterfoods in 2005 in order to set up the company’s consumer business. She has been deputy managing director since 2014.
“As FreshMinds reaches a new level of maturity, I’m delighted to appoint a new CEO to lead the business” said Plumb. “Our agile approach to insight-led innovation is really resonating with clients and the year is going from strength to strength.
"The time is right for a new leadership that will enable me to focus on the FreshMinds group as a whole as well as ambassador roles both within and outside the research industry.”
