Confirmit incorporates Clarabridge text analytics
Clarabridge’s software is designed to analyse what is written by and about customers in survey responses, call centre notes, emails, transcripts of audio conversations and social media.
Confirmit CEO Henning Hansen said the partnership would provide clients “with an integrated platform for a single view of the customer experience”.
Clarabridge, which is based in the US, opened an office in London earlier this year to serve the EMEA region. It has had a partnership with Confirmit since 2009 to integrate survey capabilities with its text analytics platform.
