UK — Confirmit has acquired social intelligence and text analytics provider Integrasco.
According to the press release, Integrasco helps companies track the performance of brands, products amd services across social media, traditional media and customer channels.
Confirmit claims that the move will allow businesses to gather relevant social media feedback at the point of experience and integrate this data with information gathered through other channels supported by Confirmit.
Terry Lawlor, EVP of product management at Confirmit (pictured) said: “This move is a significant development for both organisations. Integrasco has created some of the most innovative and effective social intelligence and text analytics solutions on the market.
“We’re delighted that both Confirmit and Integrasco’s customers will have the opportunity to achieve greater insights through integrating social and text analytics with their voice of the customer and market research programs.”
