UK — Confirmit has joined forces with translation services provider Language Connect to develop a solution, Connect Survey, which it claims will save up to 90% of the cost and time of coordinating translations of multi-lingual voice of the consumer and market research programmes.
Ben Taylor, managing director at Language Connect, said: “There is a rapidly growing trend to carry out research and feedback programmes that span multiple markets. Five years ago, the average number of markets covered by a single programme was three: this has doubled and is continuing to rise.”
Tim Hannington, EVP at Confirmit, said: “The time and cost savings already demonstrated by Connect Survey are enormous. This not only means that organisations can become much more efficient, but it also delivers real competitive advantage by allowing them to get feedback and research programmes underway and completed much faster than before.”
Connect Survey uses an API to integrate the Confirmit Horizons multi-channel feedback technology with Language Connect’s translation management system. It is now available to clients of both companies who currently use Confirmit Horizons.
