UK/NORWAY/US – Customer and employee experience firm Confirmit has appointed Kyle Ferguson as chief executive.
Ferguson (pictured) was previous chief executive at Fraedom, a global financial company, and led the company’s sale to Visa.
He was previously chief commercial officer and managing director at Fraedom, and also worked for American Express for 11 years.
Ferguson replaced Henning Hansen, who was interim chief executive following Confirmit’s takover by Verdane Capital IX in February and Confirmit’s subsequent merger with the data visualisation firm Dapresy.
Pål Malmros, partner at Verdane, said: “As we enter this new chapter, we’re delighted to have a visionary leader with a consistent track record of success.
“Confirmit’s goal has always been to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions that help them to grow their businesses, and we’re looking forward to an exciting future under Kyle Ferguson’s leadership.”
