UK, NORWAY & US – Customer experience and market research company Confirmit has appointed Noel Hamill as chief marketing officer.
Hamill (pictured) joins Confirmit from health tech company Prevayl, where he led the marketing operation. Prior to that, he was chief marketing officer at Ladbrokes Coral, where his responsibilities included voice of the customer.
At Confirmit, he will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy globally.
The role of chief marketing officer was previously held by Michael Wooh, who left the company in April 2020.
The appointment follows the announcement of Confirmit’s intention to merge with customer insights company FocusVision, which is expected to close in the second quarter of the year, subject to regulatory approvals.
Confirmit was acquired by private equity firm Verdane Capital in 2020.
Kyle Ferguson, chief executive at Confirmit, said: “Noel’s proven expertise and experience will help us to define our position in the market, identify new opportunities to better serve our customers, and ensure that we are able to help researchers turn insights into stories that fuel action.”
