UK/NORWAY/US – Social research and behavioural insights consultancy M·E·L Research has selected market research and customer experience business Confirmit as its technology supplier.
The agreement between the two companies will provide M·E·L Research will access to tools on Confirmit’s end-to-end research platform such as data collection, analytics and data visualisation.
Simon Maydew, commercial strategy director at M·E·L Research, said: “We’re very excited about the opportunities that working with Confirmit offers us. The ability to rapidly expand our telephone research capability by enabling home working, for example, is hugely beneficial.”
Torbjorn Andersson, chief product officer at Confirmit, said: “We’re delighted to be supporting M·E·L Research as they work to deliver greater capacity and flexibility in their research capabilities.”
