UK/US/NORWAY – Market research and customer experience firm Confirmit and insights software company FocusVision have finalised a merger and announced Kyle Ferguson will be the new firm’s chief executive.
Ferguson (pictured) was previously chief executive of Confirmit. Chris Nagy, chief executive of FocusVision, has been made president and chief financial officer of the merged company and will lead the firms’ integration.
Both companies will retain their individual branding until a new brand and strategy is launched in the second quarter of 2021.
The merger was announced in January 2021, and has been completed ahead of schedule, having been originally planned for the second quarter of 2021.
Ferguson said: “I am delighted to be able to confirm the successful merger of Confirmit and FocusVision. What started as an aspiration has become a reality.”
