Confirmit and LivingLens form partnership
Video capture and analysis will now be available within Confirmit Horizons for market research studies, voice of the customer programmes and voice of the employee programmes.
The results of video data collection and analysis will be combined with existing feedback and research methods to deliver deeper insights.
