LivingLens partners with Qualtrics

UK – Video mining and analytics software company LivingLens has agreed a deal with Qualtrics to make its video capture and analysis available on the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform.

It combines quantitative data from the Qualtrics platform with data extracted from LivingLens’ video responses.

Shane Evans, Qualtrics’ head of partnerships and alliances, said: “In this digital and social age with the ever-increasing use of mobile, it’s critical that customers have the ability to share their views and opinions through exciting digital mediums, such as video. We are delighted to integrate LivingLens into the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform to give our clients this added value."

Carl Wong, CEO at LivingLens, added: “We are excited to partner with Qualtrics, a world leader in experience management.  This is further endorsement that the video analytics industry is moving at pace. It is now not just about the value that video brings for insight storytelling, but also the value in treating video as a true data set.”
