CHILE— Rafael Cespedes has been appointed managing director at Synovate in Chile.
Cespedes (pictured), who has spent more than 17 years in the industry, joined Synovate in 2008 when the firm acquired the CIMA Group where he was a partner.
He has since served as country manager for Synovate’s operations in Peru and Ecuador.
Ignacio Galceran, CEO for Synovate Iberia and Latin America, said: “Rafael has been instrumental in establishing our footprint in many of our Latin-American markets. I know that his strong management background and keen business sense will continue to fuel our growth in Chile and Latin America.”
