UK — YouGov chief operating officer Tim Britton will return to his role directly managing the UK business, alongside his responsibilities for the wider EMEA business, in the wake of Phil Rance’s upcoming departure.
Britton, a former managing director of IFF Research, was YouGov’s UK boss between 2008 and 2011 before moving to the COO role and directing the company’s operations across the EMEA region as well as overseeing global development of the omnibus and SixthSense products.
He will take over Rance’s duties when he leaves to become corporate development director at Quadrangle at the end of January. Britton said: “We would like to thank Phil for the work he has put into YouGov over the past year and wish him the very best for the future.”
