UK – Qualitative insight consultancy BritainThinks has appointed Victoria Harkness from the Ipsos MORI Social Research Institute, as a research director.
Harkness headed Ipsos MORI Social Research Institute’s policy, services and regulation business and has worked across qual and quant disciplines. She had been research director level for the past four years, initially joining in 2008 as research manager.
She previously worked in corporate research and policy roles at the City of London Corporation and London Borough of Camden, and before that for consultancy Shared Intelligence.
