Brierley to remain chairman of expanded e-Rewards
Chris Havemann, CEO of Research Now, will take the role of CEO of the combined company.
E-Rewards confirmed in a statement late on Friday that Brierley would retain his role as chairman.
The companies reached an agreement on the £85m takeover deal last week, and shareholders representing more than two-thirds of the ownership of Research Now have already said they will vote in favour of the takeover at a meeting slated for late November.
The companies will continue to trade independently until the transaction is complete, Brierley said in Friday’s statement.
