Behaviorally hires VP of customer success in Shanghai

Prior to joining Behaviorally, Chai held senior roles at Toluna (MetrixLab), Miaozhen Systems, Wisdom Asia, Kantar and Synovate.
At Behaviorally, Chai will lead customer success initiatives in China and support some of the company’s key clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
Headquartered in New York City, Behaviorally’s other offices in the Asia-Pacific region are based in Singapore and Melbourne.
