Behaviorally makes three senior hires

Nehna Rauf (pictured) has joined the company as vice-president of customer success, based in the Chicago office.
Rauf was most recently director, global consulting practice at GlobalData, and has also held senior roles at Advantage Group International, Technomic and Euromonitor during her career.
In London, Behaviorally has appointed Craig Waldie as vice-president of customer success. Most recently, he was director at Escalent, and previous roles have included stints at Streetbees, Kantar and GfK.
Also in the London office, Jack Lane has joined the company as director of customer success. He was previously associate director at Savanta.
Scott Brill, managing director, Behaviorally, said: “Jack, Nehna and Craig each bring a powerful combination of client leadership, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of how to translate data into action.
“Their experience partnering with global brands to drive meaningful outcomes will be instrumental as we continue to scale our customer success organisation.”
