Apple launching online customer panel

US— Apple is launching a market research panel to gather information from customers on “subjects and issues” regarding the technology firm and its devices.

Recruitment is currently under way for the new Apple Customer Pulse panel, which describes itself as an “online community of Apple product users” whose role is to provide the firm with feedback on its products.

AppleInsider reports that one of its readers has been invited to join the panel and has been told to expect to be asked to take part in up to two surveys a month.

The sign-up page is not currently active, but its web address (http://survey.sotech.com) redirects to the website of Socratic Forum, the online community and survey platform of Socratic Technologies.
