StatSocial develops AI focus groups

The company recently launched its digital twins offer, based on behavioural data. This move extends the digital twins into qualitative research.
The new focus groups offer is built on StatSocial’s PeopleGraph and KnowledgeGraph, which cover around 100 million US adults.
StatSocial screens study cohorts from its PeopleGraph, calibrates them against census and Pew benchmarks before any responses are generated, and groups them into personas that reflect the range of buyer behaviour within the panel.
The move will combine quantitative and qualitative research for simulated audiences. With the digital twins returning the reasoning behind responses, the new focus groups tool makes them conversational and allows teams to probe further, according to StatSocial.
