Sparrow (pictured) joins the Hampshire-based company from Redblue Research, where he was research director. He has previously held positions at Maru/EDR, Ipsos Mori and Marketing Sciences, with a particular focus on customer experience research.

In his new role, he will lead client accounts and research projects, working with the leadership team on strategy and business growth.
