Market Measures launches CX arm
‘Market Measures 360CX’ will offer services including customer journey mapping, user experience research and measurement.
Market Measures has launched the practice in response to an increasing percentage of client work focused on customer experience, which it said has been accelerated by Covid-19.
The practice will be led by the company’s research director Tobin Sparrow (pictured).
John Gurd, chief executive and owner, Market Measures, said: “As a result of our capability building and investment in recent months, I am pleased to be able to now provide our clients with a fully dedicated customer experience practice, specialising full time on CX insight and strategy.”
