FINLAND— Mobile analytics start-up Zokem has secured €2m in funding to fuel its growth over the next 12 months.
The funding was received from private equity investor Verevanture, business ‘accelerator’ Koppicatch, the firm’s management and business ‘angels’ that Zokem declined to disclose.
CEO Ludovic Gaudé (pictured) said: “We are looking to gain customer base aggressively within the market research and media measurement field over the next 12 months.”
A company spokeswoman told Research that the expansion plan had already started and the firm was in talks with media measurement companies in Europe, Asia and the US about designing tailored mobile analytics technology for them.
Zokem’s analytics products collect data from devices, rather than at in-app or network level. Veraventure’s Hannu Jungman said: “With detailed user-level mobile analytics Zokem is taking consumer research to a totally new level.”
