Zipcar uses Razor to segment customer base

US— Car sharing firm Zipcar has hired Dallas-based Razor as its customer engagement marketing agency of record.

Razor has been tasked with customer database management, insight and analytics, campaign management and social media monitoring.

Zipcar boasts more than 400,000 members in urban areas and college campuses throughout the US, Canada and the UK. Members can rent cars by the hour or by the day.
