YouGov’s Manchester operation has opened for business and is a mix of account management and client services personnel.

The company recently announced that trading in the first half of the year is on course to be ahead of expectations, following a growth in its data products and services divisions, including YouGov Cube, a proprietary database that allows clients to analyse data points about consumers’ attitudes and behaviours.

“So many of the UK’s biggest brands are based outside of the south east and our decision to open a Manchester satellite office is recognition of the growing demand for YouGov’s data products and services across the country," said Ben Leet, YouGov’s UK general manager (pictured).

"Having a hub in the heart of the north means we can provide even better on the ground customer support. We have hired a talented account management team with experience of what organisations need from data – and it is all there for brands and agencies in the YouGov Cube.”
