WPP makes deal with Iran’s PPG

UK – WPP has signed an affiliation agreement with Iranian digital marketing agency PPG giving WPP access to digital marketing channels in the country.

PPG employs more than 200 people and comprises several leading Iranian digital businesses, including Anetwork, Adro, Rasanex, ADAD, DMC, and other content, technology, data, mobile and digital consultancy businesses.

Anetwork is Iran’s leading online advertising network, serving more than six billion impressions per month and reaching more than 36m Iranians. Adro is a real-time bidding advertising exchange platform for web and mobile adverts and Rasanex is the leading DSP (Demand Side Platform) in Iran serving seven of the largest agencies through its media spend.

In the Middle East and Africa, WPP companies including associates generate revenues of more than $1 billion and employ around 37,000 people.
