The company said Fallon’s elevation to head of London reflected her “significant contribution to Crowd DNA’s growth and its evolving client offering”.

Crowd DNA, part of Strat7 Group, is a cultural insight agency with offices in London, Amsterdam, New York, Singapore, Sydney, Stockholm and Los Angeles.

Elliot Pigram, global managing director at Crowd DNA, said: “I’ve been consistently impressed by Lucy, she really gets what Crowd is about and brings that understanding into everything she does.

“Her calm, clear-headed leadership has been a steadying force for the team, and her ability to bring structure and momentum to complex work has made her an invaluable part of our growth. I’m excited to see where she takes things next.”
