New MD at Crowd DNA

Fallon (pictured) joined Crowd DNA in 2022 as commercial director and was most recently head of agency at the company, which is part of the wider Start7 Group.
In her new role, Fallon will focus on strengthening client relationships, investing in cultural strategists and looking at how the agency adapts to changing market needs.
Elliot Pigram, formerly global managing director, left the business earlier this year.
Barrie Brien, chief executive at Strat7, said: “Lucy has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout her time at Crowd DNA. She has earned the trust of colleagues and clients alike and is ideally placed to lead the agency into its next chapter.
“We are delighted to appoint her as managing director and look forward to supporting her as she continues to build on Strat7 Crowd DNA’s strong reputation for cultural insight and strategic thinking, while leveraging the broader strengths of the Strat7 Group.”
