NEW ZEALAND— Nielsen has promoted Amanda Wisniewski to commercial director in its online division in New Zealand, with responsibility for overseeing the launch of a new audience measurement panel in the country this year.
Amanda Wisniewski
Wisniewski was previously client service director. Her promotion follows the recent elevation of Ivan Fuyala from general manager of the NZ online business to vice president of portals in Nielsen’s global client service team in New York.
Fuyala said: “She is well-known and well-regarded within agencies and publishing houses and I am confident she will do a great job leading our New Zealand team and the planned online panel rollout.”
Meanwhile, in Malaysia Kow Kuan Hua has been named managing director for the consumer team in the country.
He replaces Paul Richmond in the role, who was moved to a regional role heading retail measurement services (as reported last week).
Hua was previously vice president of Nielsen Bases in China and has been with the firm for four years.
