Webtrends adds Windows 7 compatability to mobile app analytics

US— Online analytics agency Webtrends has launched a version of its mobile application analytics technology for the Windows 7 operating system.

App analytics are already available for the Android, Blackberry and iPhone operating systems, designed to provide developers with information on active users, new users, frequency of use, number of screens used and engagement levels.

Casey Cary, VP of products at Webtrends, said: “Windows apps are the fastest growing in the mobile space – a clear indicator of the importance of this platform. We are focused on making it easy for brands and developers to improve their connection and dialogue with their customers across all platforms.”
