Wealleans to lead UK and Emea at OvationMR

UK – US insight agency OvationMR has appointed Paul Wealleans as managing director, UK and Emea.

Wealleans was managing director at Panelbase and DRG before holding leadership roles at Norstat and later becoming chief executive at Empower Translate.

OvationMR is headquartered in New York, with offices in Chicago and London. Wealleans will lead OvationMR’s development across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, responsible for building client relationships, forming strategic partnerships and establishing regional presence.

He takes up the role effective immediately and will work closely with OvationMR’s global leadership team.

Jim Whaley, chief executive officer at OvationMR, said: “Paul brings exceptional market knowledge, commercial experience, and credibility across the research industry. Just as importantly, he shares our belief that successful businesses are built through strong relationships, trust, and consistently delivering for clients.
