UK – Research technology company Walr has fully integrated market research technology business QuenchTec into its branding following an acquisition completed last year.

QuenchTec was acquired by Walr last year for an undisclosed fee, and the changes will see the QuenchTec branding dropped for a combined and refreshed new brand identity for the overall company.

The new branding was created by agency MultiAdaptor and aims to give the company a fresh, fun and unique look and feel. A new website has also been launched.

Walr was founded in October 2020 by Lewis Reeves, formerly chief executive of Viga (later Savanta), and Patrick Fraser, formerly of Ipsos and Critical Research, to offer data collection services, customised surveys and data visualisation.

Last month Walr announced two senior hires for its global team – Emily Whiting as chief of staff and Keziah Wonstolen as non-executive director.

Reeves said: “We couldn’t be happier with our new look which is rooted in our mission to bring delight through dedication and our brand reflects that joy in enabling data creation.

“It’s fresher; captures our energy as a company; is fun and stands out. We’re so excited to unite behind this one brand.”
