UK – Research technology company Walr has appointed Courtney Bergh as director of platform commercialisation.
Bergh (pictured) joins the company from System1, where she was key account director for Europe, and prior to that she worked at GfK as a senior director.
Bergh will be responsible for working with technology, product and commercial teams to bring the Walr platform to clients. As part of her role, she will gather feedback from customers about their needs, communicate this feedback to the tech and product teams, and help to define new features.
She will also create materials including product demonstrations and commercial collateral to support marketing and sales efforts.
Ben Walton, chief commercial officer at Walr, said: “Courtney’s unique skills and experience make her the ideal candidate to bridge the gap between client needs and product development.
“With Courtney’s expertise, we are confident that we will be able to continue providing the highest quality product and service to our clients. We have no doubt that she will thrive in this role and make a significant impact on the success of our company.”
Walr was founded in 2020 to offer data collection services, customised surveys and data visualisation.
