Walr launches AI initiative and makes senior Apac hire

The AI initiative, called AI Labs, will focus on adding AI agents to the Walr platform to help support delivery functions, such as reducing administration and speeding up processes.
AI Labs is a cross-functional initiative and will cover areas including product, design and engineering.
The launch of AI Labs follows the prior release of Script Assist, which is an AI survey scripting tool, and its Audience Access platform, which includes targeting and quotas configured with natural language prompts.
In her role as head of strategic sales and expansion, based in Sydney, Kubiak will lead Walr’s commercial growth strategy across Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining Walr, Kubiak had experience at PG Forsta, Thematic, Lucid and Pureprofile, with a track record spanning strategic sales, account management and business expansion.
Lamia Lee, general manager Asia-Pacific at Walr, said: “Ania is the kind of hire that changes the trajectory of a region. She knows this market inside out – the clients, the challenges, the opportunities.
“Her experience building commercial relationships across Asia-Pacific is exactly what we’re looking for as we move from establishing our presence to scaling it. She’s going to make a real difference for our clients and our team.”
