Walnut expands retail research team

UK – Market research agency Walnut Unlimited has appointed Becky Miles as research director in the company’s retail team.


Miles (pictured) joins Walnut after three years at Kokoro Global (formerly ABA Research), where she was most recently customer experience insight lead. Prior to that, she held client roles at Millward Brown.

In her new role, she will focus on retail shopper and customer experience research, reporting to head of retail and shopper, Deborah Hall.

Hall said: “Becky’s experience in shopper research and customer experience will be an invaluable addition to the team and the overall retail offering at Walnut Unlimited. We’re excited to see how Becky can blend our existing human understanding model with robust shopper and CX research techniques.”
