UK – Video insights platform Voxpopme has launched an app-based video diary product, called Moments.
Moments will let qualitative researchers run video diary studies by inviting consumers – via a unique study code – to respond to questions and tasks via video.
The company said the app makes in-store shop-alongs and product experiences more possible as the code allows respondents to access questions, media and survey links, or additional instructions.
It is available for iOS and Android.
Dave Carruthers, founder & CEO at Voxpopme said: "Video diary studies have long been a vital tool for qualitative researchers looking to understand the daily lives of consumers.
"Moments is designed to turn this tried and tested method into an agile solution. It will allow video diaries to be launched immediately and, when paired with our instant analytics, it will enable real-time analysis and engagement with respondents."
