CANADA – Customer data software company Vision Critical has launched an updated version of its customer insights platform Sparq.
Clients using the tool can now use activity templates to gain active consent to collect customer data. The templates cover idea generation and refinement, brand and category measurement, and engagement.
APIs have also been added to the tool to allow users to move data from Sparq to a warehouse, expand anonymous DMP data with customer IDs and conduct lookalike modelling.
Scott Miller, chief executive of Vision Critical, said the platform offers “a consistent and reliable flow of actionable insights from direct customer consented data”.
