The deal will see thinqonine now operate under the Viga name and once the businesses have been integrated, Viga will expand in size by more than a third.

Viga currently has offices across London and the US and has more than 60 employees.

Thinqonline was founded in 2014 and is based in New Jersey and Toronto. It offers consulting across the project lifecycle of customer, employee and market insight programmes.

Co-Founder and managing director, Yaron Brenman, and co-founder and vice-president, Mark Martins, will remain with Viga as senior vice-presidents, leading the data solutions and operations group respectively.

Viga’s global CEO, Lewis Reeves (pictured) said: “As our business continues to expand globally, the experience, leadership and operational skills gained from bringing Yaron and Mark’s team on board will be crucial as we support our clients’ data collection needs, with a now extended set of tools and services.”
